By accessing or using FINZOVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.
2. Nature of the Services
FINZOVA provides analytical tools, calculators, session visualizations, and educational curricula. FINZOVA is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or financial intermediary. We do not accept deposits, execute brokerage orders, or hold client funds.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FINZOVA, its founder Vikas Yadav, or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential trading losses or financial damages resulting from your use of this software, including calculation errors, network interruptions, or market slippage.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary brand trademarks, user interface designs, custom mathematical algorithms, and original educational articles are the intellectual property of FINZOVA. Third-party trademarks (including TradingView and currency symbols) remain the property of their respective owners.
